Terms and Conditions :

This commission is for digital goods. No shipping required.

Base prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty, and size of each individual piece.

Commissions will be sent via email once completed, unless another platform is preferred by the client.

There will be 1 rough sketch check where major edits are allowed. After that is done, only minor edits are allowed. Additional fees may be incurred if major revisions are requested after that.

Deadline, if desired, has to be communicated and agreed on before payment. Deadlines affect the price and may be refused.

Please ensure that the invoice is paid for after the first rough sketch has been sent. Work will be put on hold until the payment has been made. The client is allowed to pay at any stage before the first rough sketch and after an agreement has been made if so desired.

USAGE. The commissioned work is for personal uses only.

(E.g. Printing for yourself (no profits), decorating your personal spaces, use as digital wallpaper, icons, etc.) Please ask me if you are unsure.

Not permitted to use the art in training AI/ML models.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY. Strictly no refunds or cancellations once any progress sketches/art has been sent prior to the cancellation request. A full refund will be given if the artist cancels the commission.

I retain the rights to the commissioned artwork/s and by commissioning me, you are allowing me to use and feature the commissioned work/s on my portfolio, website and social media.

利用規約について

ここでは、納品されたイラストで著作権、禁止事項、その他注意事項についてお伝えしていきます。

本利用規約は、Shiion（以下、「イラストレーター」）と、作品を依頼していただく個人又は法人（以下、「依頼者」）との取引に適用されます。作品を依頼する場合、本規約に同意したものといたします。

定義

本利用規約では、次の用語を使用します。

「作品」とは、売買された特定のイラストを依頼（以下、「依頼」といいます。）を基に制作されたイラストのことをいいます。

「イラストレーター」とは作品を販売した者のことをいいます。

「依頼者」とは作品を依頼した者のことをいいます。

同意

依頼者は、作品を依頼することによって、規約に有効かつ取消不能な同意をしたものとみなされます。

納品される作品はデジタルイラストのため、「WEB」用画像で納品となります。郵送などはありません。

完成した作品はメールでお送り致します。別線路でいただきたい場合はご相談ください。

ラフの段階で修正、変更は１回のみ。その後の修正、変更は別途費用がかかる可能性があります。

締め切りがありましたら必ず依頼する時点でお伝えください。納期が短い場合、追加料金がかかる可能性があります。もしくは依頼を受け取ることができない場合もあります。

ラフを納品されたらお支払いを行ってください。お支払いが済んでいない場合、作品の制作を一旦中止とさせていただきます。依頼を受け取られたからラフを納品されたまでの間に、いつでもお支払いができます。

決済完了後に納品データが受け取れるようになります。

知的財産権の帰属及び使用許諾

作品の著作権その他一切の権利は、イラストレーターに帰属します。

著作権の譲渡は一切致しておりません。

パクリサイト（記事）、アダルトサイト、公的秩序に反するサイトでの使用

なお、上記各禁止事項に該当するか否か判断がつかない場合はご相談ください。禁止事項に該当する使用でも、商用利用料が発生することでご利用になれる場合があります。詳細はご相談ください。

＊これら行為が発覚した場合、著作権侵害や風評被害などにより依頼額の3倍以上の金額を請求させていただきます。

ここで制作したイラストを使用した場合に発生した如何なる障害および事故等につきまして、一切責任を負いません。

最終確認を頂き、校了された作品は、その後の修正、変更は別途費用がかかります。

ラフをお送りしたから、納品後の作品の返品はご容赦願います。

本利用規約は予告なく改定を行うことがあります。

Minor changes (slight colour change of certain parts, etc) may be free. The change and price for the change will be discussed first, price depends on level of effort required.

作品を制作し始めたらキャンセルや返金などは一切受け取りませんのでご了承ください

商用利用禁止、AI学習厳禁

依頼をする場合は上記の注意事項と利用規約ページの内容もすべて有効かつ取消不能な同意をしたものとみなされます。
